Lawrence Hoi-king YIP is the Managing Director of Prorsum Group Holdings Limited, he is a renowned and active practitioner in the resources and commodities trade, global supply chain and logistics management in Asia-Pacific region, especially in Hong Kong and Mainland China markets.

Lawrence possess professional knowledge and exceptional competence in managerial and business development, with solid working experience and capability in international purchasing and supplies of metal & timber resources,  global supply chain management, logistics & transportation, e-business & information technology, equity investment & project management, corporate merger & acquisition, land & property development and china business consulting.

Lawrence currently holds senior executive positions in his group of companies and affiliates and he is responsible for the corporate planning, business development, strategic business alliance building. He started his career by joining Evergreen Marine in 1996, and has been working in Hutchison Port Holdings’ e-business platform SupplyLINE.  In 2000, Lawrence started his first venture, Speed21 Business Network Limited, as an e-Business enabler with offices Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Shanghai and New York. 
 
Mr. YIP also establishes a broad relationship network with both government and commercial community in the Greater China region that are invaluable assets and credence in any business. He is now the Executive Vice Chairman of the Chamber of Hong Kong Logistics Industry (CHKLI), Council Member of Hong Kong Logistics Development Council (LOGSCOUNCIL), Advisory Committee Member of Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), and Subject Specialist of Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic & Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ) and he was awarded "Young Logistician of the Year Award" in the "Logistics Award Hong Kong 2005".  Lawrence holds Master Degree of Business Administration from Hong Kong Baptist University. With professional memberships in several industrial bodies and universities, he is an active speaker for delivering speeches in conferences and seminars, conducts training programs, also being invited as management consultants / independent non-executive directors (INED) in private enterprises.
 
During his past experience and well-established relationship with various governmental departments & business sectors in both China & Hong Kong, he is actively involved in different exposure in industrial and public services with a well known reputation.
